Each day there is a lunch break from approximately Noon to 2:00pm, and a 15 minute daily debriefing from 6:00pm to 6:15pm (can be later during summer days) to go over what we've learned. On kiting days, you'll probably need the full 2 hours for lunch. Times can be adjusted based on your learning style, needs, and time of year (we have more daylight in the summer months).

Day One

Before Training 9:00am to 10:00am Introduction to instrucors, fill out waivers, final training payment, go over Students limitations during training, and cover risk and awareness disclosure.
Your Paraglider 10:00am to 12:00pm Glider introduction and layout, risers and lines, and pre-solo ground handling.
Ground Handling 2:00pm to 6:00pm Learning the basics of ground handling. Forward launching and glider control.

Day Two

More Ground Handling 9:00am to 12:00pm More basics of ground handling.
Risk & Reward 2:00pm to 3:00pm Watch the video on Risk & Reward.
Advanced Ground Handling 3:00pm to 6:00pm Reverse launch and using lines to control the glider.

Day Three

First Tow 9:00am to 12:00pm This is where you get your first air-time! Using controlled towing, we practice your launching and landing before moving on to the motor.
Your Paramotor 2:00pm to 3:00pm We cover the use and safety of your motor.
Simulator 4:00pm to 5:00pm Practice flight controls in your motor on the simulator.
More Towing 5:00pm to 7:00pm More practice launching and landing. Getting ready for your first solo!
Kiting with Motor 7:00pm to 8:00pm Now you practice forward and/or reverse launching with your motor and wing, but the motor is off.

Day Four

First Flight 6:00am to 9:00am We put you in a radio helmet, go over your flight plan, then launch and land you on your first solo flight.
Airspace Rules 9:00am to 12:00pm We watch and discuss the Airspace rules DVD and how it affects when flying.
Paramotor Assembly 4:00pm to 5:00pm If you purchased gear from us, we go over how to assemble your motor and get it ready for flight.
More Solo Flights 5:00pm to 7:00pm Time to practice more launch and landings. Flying is the easy part.

Day Five

More Solo Flights 6:00am to 9:00am Weather cooperating, we'll do more forward and reverse launches.
Paramotor Maintenance 9:00am to 12:00pm Keeping your motor maintained is the key to a long lasting paramotor. We go over the maintenance schedule and how to perform the maintenance.
PPG1 Test 4:00pm to 5:00pm By now you're ready to take the PPG1 test. This is time to reflect back on your learning and show what you know.
More Solo Flights 5:00pm to 7:00pm Again, we practice launching and landing your paramotor, refining your technique.

Day Six

More Solo Flights 6:00am to 9:00am More honing your skills. By now you should be a Pro!
Advance Launch & Landings 5:00pm to 7:00pm By now you have the basics, now we'll go over some advanced techniques that you can take home with you.
